• To ensure we are in sync with your team throughout the event, we provide a proposal considering the information provided, we review the schedule, key moments, VIP list, etc, outlining the event specifics and our photography approach.

• We finalize with a straightforward contract and deposit request to secure our services.

Rates

• We understand that every event and budget is different. Whether it's a small gathering or a multi-day event, we can accommodate most requests. By sharing some key details, we can provide a quote that aligns with your budget. Our aim is to maximize your budget by offering only the services you need.

Day of the event

• We arrive at least 15 minutes prior to start time to meet with your point person and go over schedule, key people and elements of the event.

Deliverables

• All edited photos are globally color and tonally balanced, organized by time, and delivered via an online gallery for sharing and downloading across your marketing team. Additional uploads may be requested using your preferred data transfer platform.
