• You provide info and details about the event, style, and coverage that best represents your brand, and we listen.

• To ensure we are in sync with your team throughout the event, we provide a proposal considering the information provided, we review the schedule, key moments, VIP list, etc, outlining the event specifics and our photography approach.

• We provide a simple contract and deposit request to lock in our services.

Rates

• Every event is unique, and so are budgets. We are equipped to handle most requests from a small gathering to multi day events. By providing some info for a few key points, we will provide a quote that will land in your budgets ballpark. Our goal is to provide only the services that you need while getting the most out of your budget.

Day of the event

• We arrive at least 15 minutes prior to start time to meet with your point person and go over schedule, key people and elements of the event.

Deliverables

• All edited photos are globally color and tonally balanced, organized by time, and delivered via an online gallery for sharing and downloading across your marketing team. Additional uploads may be requested using your preferred data transfer platform.
